Our
big dining room, decorated with an invaluable sideboard from
the XXVII century, an impressive chimney made of the famous
Cajamarcan blue stone, windows pointing to the gardens and the
forest put the final touch to enjoy our traditional and international
dishes.
"La Ensalada del Huerto" a salad prepared with ecologic
vegetables from our vegetable garden. The trout dishes with
trout taken directly from our fishpond where you can select
and catch your own fish.
Our natural and nutrient food like honey from the eucalyptus
bee, jam made of fruits from the Andes, cheeses and butter made
without preservatives, are made to give energy and health. In
our bakery we bake bread, cakes and the best local and national
deserts, always with our own ingredients or ingredients from
the neighbourhood.

From May to November, during the dry-weather season, we prepare
the well-known national dish "Pachamanca Andina".
A dish made of three kinds of meat, root crops and herbs, cooked
by heated stones in a hole in the ground. You can enjoy the
preparation of "Cerdito al Palo" (pork) prepared on
an outdoor fire.
The
restaurant "El Mesón" is considered the best
restaurant in Cajamarca.
